1. General Provisions

You need to be aware of the general situation and the basic system rules to use the company’s services. This provision includes the following conditions:

The client is obliged to read the Terms and conditions and fully accept it. An access to the service is provided after confirmation; the administration is entitled, at its discretion, to change or exclude any points contained in the documents. Updated data is deemed relevant after publication on the resource.

The client must cease cooperation with our company forever if he does not agree with the updated Agreement rules.

2. Registration

Registration is required. The client confirms the current Agreement regulations by signing up. Only adults are entitled to start cooperation with our company. Successful registration completion indicates that the client confirms the actions nature, taken on the resource.

Each client is entitled to create a single account. Account is subject to blocking if revealing multiple accounts. Funds from the account may be frozen until the circumstances are clarified.

The client is provided with a chance to independently choose a password and login. Data are not transferable to third parties. The user is personally responsible for his account.

3. Company’s Rights and Obligations

The service regularly provides and guarantees each customer’s data confidentiality. The administration is entitled to block a user account temporarily or permanently, if revealing the following violations:

• Damage to the website’s functionality, multiple accounts creation, Agreement terms violation; if revealing such violations, the account is blocked, and the funds are non-refundable; the customer accounts safety will be guaranteed in case of technical malfunctions on the website.
• Funds accrual and payment are carried out within the selected investment rate. Funds are withdrawn manually. Operations can be processed within 48 hours.

The administration advises the clients to sign up on the resource with complex passwords and logins. The administration is not responsible for the data in cases of fraud. The customers should not pass the password to other persons to save personal data. Thus, you may protect your account from all illegal penetration types, copying, data changes in your personal data.

4. Client’s Rights and Obligations

Only those customers who have passed through the free registration and have reached the age of majority (18 years) may use the service. The client must comply with the following rules and obligations:

• Be responsible for the selected username and password safety; provide reliable data only; follow all Agreement terms; avoid spreading spam / slander about the project to avoid account blocking.
• Requires the administration to fulfill all the Agreement terms.

The client is entitled to use the affiliate program and distribute the link in any possible way. To replenish the deposit, the user may select any available payment system indicated on the service. The client is entitled to cash in currency and volume, established by the Agreement terms given the tariff plan.

5. Confidentiality

The service, for its part, guarantees the following duties fulfillment:

• Avoids transferring and rent client’s personal data without his personal permit; reliably protect the participants’ personal data from loss, changes, destruction, other uses on third-party resources. Data is stored on servers with a multi-level security system, therefore unauthorized access is prohibited; provide round-the-clock access to accounts only to their customers.
• Provides maximum security for your own resource. Therefore, each participant passes through a multilevel verification by the company. The service guarantees that verification will be carried within the correctness. Besides it guarantees that clients’ personal data will be used to resolve the current issues only, including complaints and claims consideration and satisfaction, notifications about new services, questions about technical malfunctions, etc.

6. Risk Information

The modern financial market does not guarantee the investments preservation. The client must clearly realize that all charges against deception, fraud in the service direction will be perceived as a false denunciation. This may result the contract termination between the client and the service.
